Abbey Road Pub & Restaurant Welcomes an Exciting New Addition: Lucy’s
Sky Bar
Virginia Beach, VA – After over four decades of serving up great food, live music, and laid-back
vibes in the heart of Virginia Beach, Abbey Road Pub & Restaurant is thrilled to announce its
newest addition: Lucy’s Sky Bar – a vibrant rooftop experience with ocean views, a full kitchen
and bar, and outdoor dining.
Abbey Road Pub & Restaurant was founded in the fall of 1982 by Bill Dillon, a long-time food
service professional and devoted Beatles fan. Influenced by the music constantly playing in his
childhood home thanks to his older sisters, Bill named the restaurant after Abbey Road, the last
album the Beatles recorded together before their 1970 breakup (even if Let It Be was released
afterward – thanks, Yoko!).
Since its opening, Abbey Road has become a beloved live music venue, showcasing talent from
across the country.
